The Challenge

Ortus Communications is the advertising partner of the Four Seasons group. Four Seasons is in the process of completing its grandiose new Four Seasons Pudong Residences, a state-of-the-art residence and hotel complex in the heart of Lujiazui, Shanghai. To support the launch of their sensational new residences and to promote the sale of their apartments, Ortus required Next Digital to establish a marketing website for the Four Seasons utilizing the groups global Content Management System.

Our Strategy

Next Digital, together with Ortus Communications, published the Four Seasons Pudong Website and also developed an elegant interactive Floor Plan system based on Flash and XML that allows users to navigate through and experience the different levels and apartments contained in the building.

The Results

Yet to be launched live, the website offers users an easy to navigate structure with access to marketing material, building floor plans and panoramic views of each apartment.
